Raster Images Embedded in the Design
AI tools often bake your logo or artwork as a flat JPEG or PNG inside the layout. The overall file might be a PDF or vector wrapper, but the actual artwork inside is still pixel-based — and it will fall apart the moment we scale it to vehicle size.
AI Hallucinated Shapes Can't Be Printed
AI-generated imagery looks photorealistic on screen, but it produces thousands of blended pixels with no clean paths or outlines. Our plotters and printers need defined edges and solid color regions — not a gradient soup that an algorithm guessed at.
Wrong Color Mode & Resolution
AI tools work in RGB for screen display. Vehicle wraps are printed in CMYK. Colors that look vibrant on your monitor can print dull, muddy, or completely different on vinyl without a proper color profile conversion and resolution check.
No Cut Lines or Vehicle Template
A proof shows you what a wrap might look like — it doesn't account for door handles, window edges, body curves, sensor cutouts, or panel seams. Every one of those has to be mapped and cut by hand before a single inch of vinyl is applied.
